We should strive to get all of our cadets

airborne who wish to participate in the 
CAP O-ride program.  "Click" on each picture to the left to see videos of both powered and glider o-rides. Read CAPP 52-7 to become familiar with the o-ride syllabus.  Contact one of our group 2 o-ride qualified pilots to coordinate
o-rides for your cadets.













CAP membership offers the unique and exciting opportunity to fly aboard military aircraft.
It takes a little work but the coordination is not difficult and the rewards are great. See CAPR 76-1 for information on the procedures for setting up an orientation flight aboard a military aircraft.  There is also the opportunity to "fly" in military simulators (see short video of squadron 18 in the C-5 Galaxy simulator at Travis AFB)
